LD Ops is an internal resale-operations platform operated by Swapila, LLC under the LD True brand.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Swapila, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use LD Ops — including the LD Ops website at ldtrue.com, the LD Ops Chrome extension, and the LD Ops mobile intake application (together, the "Services").
LD Ops is an internal resale-operations platform operated by Swapila, LLC under the LD True brand. Access is limited to authorized users. By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Services and Purpose
LD Ops is an authenticated internal operations platform for resale inventory management. Authorized users use it to manage listings, track performance, complete operational workflows, and coordinate intake and sale data across supported marketplaces.
The LD Ops Chrome extension assists authorized users on supported marketplace dashboards. Supported marketplaces currently include Depop, Vendoo, and Grailed. User-facing extension functions may include:
- Importing listing information
- Collecting listing engagement metrics
- Detecting listing status changes
- Filling sale information
- Applying user-requested discounts
- Refreshing or boosting marketplace listings
- Sending results to the authenticated LD Ops workspace
The LD Ops mobile intake application helps authorized users capture structured operational intake data (such as photos, measurements, and item attributes) and submit that data to the user's LD Ops workspace.
3. Information We Collect or Process
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Account identifiers, such as your email address and internal user ID assigned within LD Ops
- Authentication data, such as session tokens and related security records. We do not store your raw account password in a readable form as part of normal Service operation
- Listing and inventory data, such as descriptions, prices, sizes, categories, images, URLs, and marketplace identifiers
- Listing engagement information, such as views, likes, and clicks where available from supported marketplaces
- Sale and transaction information, such as revenue, fees, shipping expenses, sale date, and marketplace
- Operational intake data, such as SKU, measurements, condition, colors, brand, photos, sessions, and workflow status
- Technical records, such as error logs, timestamps, device or browser information, and security logs where applicable
The Chrome extension does not collect your general browsing history and does not monitor unrelated websites. Extension activity is limited to supported marketplace pages and communication with the authenticated LD Ops workspace as described in this policy.
The Services are not designed to collect health information, personal communications, or precise location information as part of their intended functionality.
4. How Information Is Used
We use information to:
- Provide inventory and listing-management functions within LD Ops
- Synchronize authorized marketplace information with your LD Ops workspace
- Produce analytics and reports requested by authorized users
- Complete operational intake and resale workflows
- Maintain authentication, access control, and security
- Diagnose failures, errors, and performance issues
- Improve the reliability and operation of the Services
6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
If you use the LD Ops Chrome extension, information obtained through Chrome extension permissions is handled as follows:
- Used only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed resale-operations functionality
- Not sold
- Not transferred for advertising purposes
- Not used for unrelated purposes
- Not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
- Shared only as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, protect security, or with your direction
7. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through LD Ops, including authenticated access, workspace-based authorization, and private storage where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information while it is operationally necessary to provide the Services and may retain certain records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, or security purposes as permitted by law.
8. Your Choices and Deletion
Authorized users may contact us at luccadavidvintage@gmail.com to request:
- Access to information associated with their account
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of information, subject to legal and operational requirements
- Account deactivation
- Information about data we retain
- Answers to privacy-related questions
We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational needs.
9. Children
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
